Derbion
Derbion is Derby's principal shopping and leisure destination, occupying a large city-centre site on London Road. The centre is home to more than 150 brands across fashion, beauty, homeware and dining, including Next, Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer and Flannels, alongside a 12-screen Showcase Cinema de Lux, Hollywood Bowl and the 640-seat Derby Theatre. Formerly known as the Eagle Centre and later intu Derby, the site was rebranded Derbion in 2021 following extensive redevelopment.
East Midlands Designer Outlet
East Midlands Designer Outlet is a large outlet shopping village on Mansfield Road in South Normanton, Derbyshire, just off the M1. It brings together more than 65 fashion, sport and homeware brands at discounts of up to 60% off RRP, including names such as Adidas, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Lacoste and Kurt Geiger, alongside cafes and restaurants such as Costa, Pizza Express and Burger King, free parking and electric car charging.
Fosse Shopping Park
Fosse Shopping Park is one of Britain's largest out-of-town retail parks, located on Fosse Park Avenue on the southern edge of Leicester. The Grafton is a shopping and leisure centre on East Road in central Cambridge, recently redeveloped with a strong focus on leisure alongside retail. Grand Arcade is a major shopping centre in the heart of Cambridge city centre, anchored by a large John Lewis & Partners department store.
