The centre is currently part of a major masterplan, led by Croydon Council and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, to redevelop much of the North End Quarter into a mixed-use area of homes, shops and public space, and as a result a significant number of units have closed or become vacant in recent years ahead of any future redevelopment.
