Royal Victoria Place
Royal Victoria Place is an award-winning shopping centre in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, opened in 1992 and built over the railway line. Tunsgate Quarter
Tunsgate Quarter is an upscale shopping centre in the heart of Guildford town centre, opened in March 2018 following a careful restoration of the historic Grade II listed Tunsgate building (originally completed in 1818 as a corn exchange). The Friary is an indoor shopping centre in the heart of Guildford town centre, located on North Street close to the High Street. Centrale Shopping Centre
Centrale is a covered shopping centre on North End in Croydon town centre, opened in 2004 and connected to the neighbouring Whitgift Centre as part of the same Croydon retail core. The Whitgift Centre is a large city-centre shopping centre on North End in Croydon, historically one of the biggest shopping centres in the London area, anchored by major fashion retailers including Zara, H&M, Primark and Next. The centre is currently part of a major masterplan, led by Croydon Council and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, to redevelop much of the North End Quarter into a mixed-use area of homes, shops and public space, and as a result a significant number of units have closed or become vacant in recent years ahead of any future redevelopment.

Victoria Place is Woking's premier shopping destination, originally opened in 1992 as Peacocks Shopping Centre and recently regenerated as a mixed-use development from 2022-2024. Victoria Place also includes a food court, cinema, extensive parking and easy access to Woking town centre and rail interchange.
